I found this book incredibly powerful. A clear, courageous guide to living unbound. Format: Hardcover
This was an amazing book! Transformative! It is not a quick read but a manual to really learning to let things go and how to truly be free! I find myself studying it , rereading, contemplating the words, doing the exercises, applying them. You can’t change if you don’t put in the work. This book has really taught me that!
