Asurion warranty was very easy to use when my product failed. Very happy with their warranty. Bought a black and decker extended warranty on a floor sweeper.

Did the right thing to resolve my issue.
Covered my cost with little hassle. Started down the path of going back to manufacturing company but decided to just do a refund. The product was a floor vac that died.

Quick, Simple, and Stand Behind what they sell.
Filed a claim and immediately received a response with instructions. Once I mailed the defective product, with the provided mailing label, I received my refund. Quick, simple, and honest.
