One of the three shade prongs has previously been repaired, though unnoticeable in use and does not affect the overall look or use of the lamp. Good finish, poor hardware.
Set screws are poor quality and are sometimes powdercoated on the exposed threads. Leads to striped hex sockets and inability to tighten properly.
Durable finish as evidenced by no visible damage after throwing parts across the shop in frustration.
Ended up running self tapping screws thru parts to complete assembly.

Great look and storage space
I've had these shelves for two years now, and still love them. I love the industrial style. They add lots of great storage space for a small apartment. I have two sets - one for the laundry room and the other as a linen closet. Assembly is okay. Make sure you follow the instructions.
