Sweater is made out of sweatshirt material, knit or fleece. This item is handmade on my embroidery machine in my smoke free home. Trying to give 4.5 stars. It’s phenomenal! My only .5 is that is absolutely does rub off on clothing. I’m going to a party tomorrow and I’ll try using setting spray after application.
I love it though. Light weight, no odor and shimmer you can use on body, hair and even accessories!

Sprays easily and seems long lasting, (stayed on for more than 3 hours of light household work). The glitter is very fine, and that’s exactly what I wanted, it is not visible dots or shapes- my arms just sparkled when I moved them and with the changing light. Feels like nothing is there. Nice!
Doesn’t feel especially moisturizing, but hasn’t dried my skin out either.
