MUHThis overprint was done on stamps which had been kept in tropical Papua New Guinea for several years and were mostly tropicalised. Only a small number were over printed on newly supplied sheets from the printer in Australia which had not been in the tropics long enough to have toned. Sent with Standard Delivery Registered.
