The gemstones are set in an lanceolate (narrow oval with tapering spear tips) plaque shaped ring face between decorative shoulders. The center diamond a bright, sparkly OMC flanked by two rose cut diamond accents. Two deep red rubies are on either side of the diamonds while two brighter rubies are set down the shoulders of the band.
