The rod is void of any repairs nor are any needed. The rod features a blank made from pre embargo cane (1950 or earlier) tempered to a very dark browntone like appearance. Transparent deep burgundy wraps with black tipping at the winding check and signature wraps. Bright guides. Salmon colored agate stripping guide.
