Exceptional Brain Health Supplement – Highly Recommended!
Flavor Name: Unflavored, Size: 90 Count (Pack of 1)
Jarrow Formulas MagMind Brain Health with Magtein** is an outstanding dietary supplement that delivers on its promises. I’m delighted to give it a five-star review for its effectiveness, quality, and support for cognitive health.
The use of Magtein (Magnesium L-Threonate) in this supplement is a significant plus. This form of magnesium is known for its superior ability to cross the blood-brain barrier, making it particularly effective for brain health. I’ve noticed a positive impact on my memory and cognitive function since starting this supplement, which is exactly what I was hoping for.
The capsules are easy to take and well-tolerated. I appreciate that the supplement comes in a 90-capsule bottle, providing a 30-day supply, which is convenient for consistent use. The quality of the ingredients is evident, and Jarrow Formulas is a reputable brand known for its high standards in supplement manufacturing.
The benefits have been noticeable in my daily life. Improved focus and mental clarity are some of the key advantages I’ve experienced. It’s great to have a supplement that supports brain health and memory in such a practical and effective way.
Overall, **Jarrow Formulas MagMind Brain Health** is a top-notch supplement that lives up to its claims. It’s a fantastic choice for anyone looking to enhance their cognitive function and memory. I highly recommend it and give it five stars for its quality, effectiveness, and overall contribution to brain health!

A MAJOR shift for Mg supplements! No side effects and got off ReMag. Best product for me in years!
Flavor Name: Unflavored, Size: 90 Count (Pack of 1)
The big issue with magnesium: we need it, yet for most of us it causes intolerable side effects.
ReMag:
I started on ReMag (a liquid Mg) years ago. Dr. Dean's book sold me on taking Mg and it's helped. I did try a Mg pill supplement then and sure enough, major abdominal pain. But with ReMag I was able to get off of Rx anti acid reflux medication. Her ReMag liquid worked great without pain. BUT it ended up being more inconvenient than I would ever have realized. It's hard to remember to slowly dose throughout the day (I had timers going) and you can't carry a drink to some places. Even worse, if I missed it, got too much at once, or didn't get enough in EVERY day, my body would let me know in bad ways.
Jarrow:
Finally Jarrow solved this and I can take magnesium pills without the huge inconveniences mentioned. I decided to try it out and was able to smoothly transfer over to Jarrow without much issue. And absolutely NO side effects like the typical abdominal pain of other products.
I cannot recommend this product enough if you're looking for a magnesium supplement without side effects or like me you use ReMag but can't stand the the high maintenance of it.
It is helpful to know that if your body is magnesium depleted, starting on Mg may cause weird side effects like an anxiety attack. It's not the fault of the Mg product, it's due to having too little Mg for too long and the body needs time to adjust to getting it. Vitamin D is the same way. And being on anti acid reflux medication results in low Mg & D.
Dr. Dean's book thankfully explains all this.

Boosted Energy & Great Quality Cinnamon Supplement! ✨💪
Size: 60 Count (Pack of 1)
I’ve been taking these Ceylon Cinnamon Capsules for a few weeks now, and I’m honestly impressed with the results. I’ve noticed better energy levels throughout the day, less fatigue, and overall I just feel healthier. The capsules are easy to swallow, have no bad aftertaste, and the quality feels premium. I also like that they’re made with true Ceylon cinnamon, which is known to be a cleaner and safer option compared to regular cinnamon supplements. Great for supporting metabolism and daily wellness. Definitely a product I’ll continue using and highly recommend!” ✨💪

Noticeable Comfort and Joint Support
Size: 60 Count (Pack of 1)
The Ceylon Cinnamon Capsules – Extra Strength have been a great addition to my daily routine, and I’m genuinely impressed with the results. After consistent use, I noticed reduced knee pain, and the swelling in my knees has also gone down, which has made a real difference in day-to-day comfort and mobility.
The capsules are easy to swallow and gentle on the stomach, which I really appreciate. Knowing this is Ceylon cinnamon—often considered higher quality than standard cinnamon—gave me confidence in the product, and it definitely feels well-made and thoughtfully formulated.
Over time, I found that stiffness decreased and movement felt easier, especially after being on my feet for long periods. While results can vary from person to person, this supplement worked well for me and supported my overall joint comfort without any unwanted side effects.
Overall, this is a high-quality cinnamon supplement that delivered real, noticeable benefits for my knees. If you’re looking for a natural supplement to support comfort and reduce inflammation-related discomfort, these extra-strength Ceylon Cinnamon capsules are absolutely worth trying.
