It is a sake that has passed the strictest certification standards, and can only be made in the prefecture of Yamanishi. An Authentic Junmai Ginjo Sparkling Sake. Fermented in low temperature, secondarily fermented in a bottle and then pasteurised. Slightly sweet. Fine bubbles sparkling with fresh Ginjo aroma.

I got these for my mom for her birthday. These are nice, good quality knives, sharp, and the knife block is nice. I wish it was a little heavier, but all the knives it came with fit inside nicely, and even fit some others we had bought too.
