Under the terms of this treaty, Romania returned the southern part of Dobruja (the Cadrilater or "Quadrilateral" in Romanian) to Bulgaria and agreed to participate in organizing a population exchange.

Nice Purse set

This purse set is nice; I love the color. The main purse is smaller than I thought it would be. But not a deal breaker since I will only use it occasionally to date just once. The leather is soft and does not have a smell. It is worth the money. I have not used the entire set yet. If there are any changes, I will update my review

Well made purse. Love the green color and the extra pieces that came with it. Holds a lot of stuff. 4 stars because I wish the strap was about 8 inches longer. It is a tad uncomfortable as a crossbody because it sits a little bit too high
