Puntiagudo Espadin - Onofre Ortiz52% ABV Puntiagudo is a Mexican owned independent bottler of artisanal Mezcal from multiple regions of Mexico. This Espadin was made by Maestro Onofre Ortiz in 2024 in Miahuatlan Oaxaca. The 6 year old Espadin (Agave Angustifolia) were roasted in a conical earthen pit with Guamachil wood. The cooked agaves were hand milled with a machete and fermented in pine vats with ambient yeasts and well water. The mash was double distilled in copper Alembic pots
