Description
John Hiatt * Live From Austin Tx [Colored Vinyl] (Gate) (Oliv)One could argue (at least I will) that John Hiatt was at a peak in his career when he took the Austin City Limits stage on December 14, 1993. His musical journey began in the 70's with an angry rocker image which gradually gave way to a mellower, more introspective country folk rock style. But labels don't do justice to his unusual imagery and evocative lyrics. He's never been afraid of tackling personal and social issues, and he does so with grace

Sublingual works well for melatonin!
Size: 60 Count (Pack of 1), Style: Melatonin 5mg
Sublingual seems to be the way to go with melatonin. It works well for me. It’s great this company offers a variety of doses. I was doing 10mg but I learned it might not good to stay on that high a dose for an extended period of time. So I switched to 5mg and it still works well.
