Check the size you need .
Size: Large
It did not meet my needs only because of the size. More suited for 8.5×11. I was looking for a 5x7 format solution. At bit pricy.

Easy enough for a 10 year old.
Color: Black/Gold, Style: AE-1000W-1A3VCF
Bought for my 10 year old son. Great quality and durability. Easy functions, and easy to set.

Reliable, Low-Cost, Functional, Comfortable, What Else?
Color: Silver, Style: AE-1000WD-1AV
This is an amazing watch. I used the same watch for 15 years and in 2025 I bought it again after the older one was damaged due to some aggressive chemical.
I live in the East Coast of the US and I have friends and family in different parts of Europe. I regularly check the time over there. I use the timer for when I am brushing my teeth. I use the stopwatch when I brew coffee. I use the alarms for my daily short walks and to wake up.
I had to remove two sections of the strap to make it a good fit for my wrist. You may need to do that as well.
All around it is just an excellent watch. Casio is of course amazing with quality. I would recommend it to anyone. I know smart watches are getting more and more common but trust me, one less device to charge regularly is a better improvement in your life than anything else.

Good watch but misadvertised with wrong color
Color: Black, Style: AE-1000W-1AVDF
So far I really like this watch but you get a different watch color than pictured. The watch is the AE-1000W-1AVDF which shows silver/grey and black, with a blue world map. You don't get that as the 1AVDF model is an all black watch with a grey world map. The watch is just as nice but not what was shown and sold as, so BEWARE.

Very nice watch and good deal. This watch was in excellent condition and looked great after I modified it.
